NATIONAL IBD AUDIT
The UK IBD audit meetings are intended to highlight the work that has been
done so far through the UK IBD Audit 1st and 2nd rounds but more so to seek
input from healthcare professionals working in IBD care as to how the audit
can progress and adapt through future rounds in order to support the implementation
of the recently launched National Service Standards for the healthcare of people
who have Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) http://www.ibdstandards.org.uk
Time is short in terms of registration and we would hope that you have been
made aware of the dates and venues through the clinical leads that participated
in the audit at their hospitals but we fear that the message might not have
got out to everyone! Trust Chief Execs have been alerted to the meetings so
we would hope there would be support from hospital management for those who
wish to attend.
